BV Rao has 17 years of experience at ISRO and a total of 36 years in the industry. His extensive background includes pioneering developments in Defence, railway signalling, telecom and Smart Fare collection systems, prior to joining Linkwell.

His primary motivation lies in enhancing the skills of his team, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry developments. A graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering, he also holds post-graduate diplomas from IISc.
